ISSUES OF CRIMINAL LIABILITY FOR HUMAN TRAFFICKING

Abstract

In this article, the author examines the issues of criminal liability for human trafficking from a scientific and theoretical point of view. In particular, the corpus delicti of this crime was comprehensively studied, its objective and subjective characteristics, as well as aggravating circumstances of the crime were considered, the results of scientific research, the views and approaches of scientists and researchers regarding individual characteristics of human trafficking were analyzed. Based on the results of the study, the author provided relevant scientific and theoretical conclusions.
