ISSUES OF EXEMPTION FROM PUNISHMENT IN THE CRIMINAL LEGISLATION OF FOREIGN COUNTRIES

Abstract
In this article, the concept and signs of release from punishment, the concept of the terms of execution of the punishment and in connection with the passage of these terms, in connection with the loss of the character of the social danger of the person, in connection with the fact that the guilty person has actually repented of his act, release from punishment; conditional sentencing; parole before serving the sentence; replacing the punishment with a lighter one; exemption from punishment due to illness or incapacity for work; issues such as exemption from punishment are described on the example of the criminal legislation of some foreign countries.
