The article highlights the role and importance of team games in developing students’ collaboration skills in physical education lessons. Team games are described as an effective pedagogical tool that promotes students’ joint efforts toward a common goal, mutual assistance, exchange of ideas, and active participation in teamwork. The article also analyzes the opportunities for developing such important skills as responsibility, mutual trust, communication, and collaboration through game-based activities.
