Аннотация
This thesis analyzes issues of legal regulation of the use of artificial intelligence technologies in cross-border commercial relations. The author examines the stages of formation of international standards, dividing them into three groups — "soft law" instruments, technical standards, and binding legal acts. A comparative analysis is conducted of the European Union's risk-based regulatory model and the alternative approaches of the United States, China, and the United Kingdom. Particular attention is paid to the knot problems of private international law — the choice of applicable law, liability for algorithmic harm, and dispute resolution through arbitration.
