STRUCTURAL MODEL OF STUDENTS’ PSYCHOLOGICAL READINESS TO IMPLEMENT THE IDEA OF GENDER EQUALITY IN THEIR FUTURE PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITY

This article analyzes a structural model of students’ psychological readiness to implement gender equality ideas in their future professional activities. The study scientifically substantiates five important components that form the basis of this training: gender culture, gender tolerance, personal maturity, the humanistic orientation of the individual, and spiritual and moral responsibility. The essence and content of each component, their interconnection, and their significance in an individual’s professional activity are highlighted. The research results indicate the need for a systematic approach to forming ideas of gender equality in students.
