IMPROVING CRITERIA AND INDICATORS FOR ASSESSING SCHOOL PRINCIPALS’ MANAGEMENT COMPETENCIES

Abstract
The article addresses the improvement of criteria and indicators for assessing school principals’ management competencies. Based on competency-based and qualimetric approaches, nine assessment criteria are systematized, covering theoretical knowledge, analytical-diagnostic skills, strategic planning, pedagogical staff management, quality monitoring, digital management, communication, reflective self-development, and post-course performance. Observable indicators and evidence sources are specified for each criterion.
