PROBLEMS OF QUALIFICATION OF CORRUPTION CRIMES AND ISSUES OF THEIR ELIMINATION

Abstract
As we know, it is natural that as society develops, new types and forms of crime appear. So far, a number of measures are being taken to prevent corruption, but there has been no significant reduction. One of the main reasons for this is the presence of certain shortcomings in the law and by-laws. As we know, many crimes will have the necessary structural element. In corruption crimes, the commission of such crimes in favor of third parties is a necessary element of the corpus delicti. Therefore, the implementation of international standards for this type of crime into national legislation will be advisable. Based on this, in this article the author considers in detail the issue of countering corruption crimes. As a result, the author has developed proposals for the further development of national legislation.
