TRUST MANAGEMENT AS AN INSTITUTION OF LIABILITY LAW

Аннотация
The article examines the main provisions of the property trust management agreement as one of the institutions of the law of obligations; the legal nature of this agreement; the main meaning of this agreement is revealed, as well as the conditions under which the conclusion of this agreement is necessary; a clear delineation of relations of trust management of property and contracts of assignment and commission is given; an analysis of the existing points of view in the legal literature on the legal nature of the institution of trust management of property was carried out; the concepts of “trust relations”, “management”, “interests of the management founder (beneficiary)” are analyzed.
