CURRENT PROBLEMS OF IMPROVING CONTRACTUAL RELATIONS IN THE CONDITIONS OF FORMING DIGITAL CIVIL CIRCULATION

Abstract
This article is the first to systematically study new approaches to improving contractual relations in the process of reform of the Civil Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The need and importance of reforming civil legislation in the context of digital reality is analyzed. Along with this, current problems of improving civil legislation in the field of liability law, including certain types of contracts as well as electronic transactions, are examined. In addition, it examines the existing gaps of the Civil Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan in attracting and increasing investment attractiveness of digital investments, private investments, social investments. At the same time, it highlights the prospects for improving the norms of the Civil Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the field of pre-contractual relations, public and private partnerships, swap agreements, unnamed agreements, as well as Islamic finance. Especially, it reveals foreign and domestic scientific and legal sources, as well as the essence of special legal acts related to the topic of research. In addition, substantiated conclusions and proposals have been developed to improve contractual relations in the process of reform of the Civil Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan, taking into account the best experience of individual foreign countries.
