On the Issue of Social Investment in the Republic of Tajikistan

Abstract
Investing in the social sector is a new area of activity for business, and therefore there are obstacles to improving social investment policy in Tajikistan. The relevance of this topic is due to the fact that currently, in order to build a great economy, talented specialists of the highest level are needed. Developing in your employees leadership abilities, developed intelligence, business skills, the ability to achieve results, and also attract other talents. The effect of social investment is determined by the quality of life and has a comprehensive focus on the development of social reproduction. The purpose of the study is a theoretical and practical analysis of the work.
