THE CONCEPT AND SIGNS OF A POLITICAL PARTY IN THE LEGAL SYSTEM OF TAJIKISTAN AND UZBEKISTAN

Аннотация
Political parties are one of the main parts of the political system of the state, which is a connecting element between the government apparatus and society, expresses and realizes the interests of a certain group, or the entire population as a whole. When studying the constitutional and legal status of political parties, it is necessary to rely on the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan with a comparative analysis of the Legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, because it is the legislative framework that allows us to determine the legal status of the party, its relationship with the state and society. The relevance of this topic is obvious, since in modern science, debates about the definition of the concept of a political party do not subside; different scientists offer their own interpretations of this institution, highlighting the features that, in their opinion, are decisive for it, and each of them criticizes the definition given by the legislator, justifying it is its incompleteness. The objective of this work is a comprehensive study of the constitutional concept of “political party” in the Republic of Tajikistan, to find out how this concept is defined under the current legislation and to find out the main points of view that currently exist in the scientific community.
