ISSUES OF FURTHER STRENGTHENING COORDINATION PRINCIPLES IN THE ACTIVITIES OF THE PROSECUTOR'S OFFICE

In this article, the author, from a scientific and theoretical position, examines the issues of further strengthening the coordination principles in the activities of the prosecutor's office. In particular, it is noted that coordination methods of influence can significantly contribute to increasing the efficiency of law enforcement agencies, while the author, taking into account the nature, functional tasks, and conditions of action of the subjects of prevention, identifies appropriate forms of coordination. Based on the results of the analysis, the author made proposals regarding the adoption of the law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On the coordination of law enforcement activities,” as well as amendments to the relevant legislative acts.
