THE GENESIS OF THE CONCEPT OF CLIMATE CHANGE AS AN ELEMENT OF INTERNATIONAL LAW

This article discusses the origin of the terms ‘climate’ and ‘climate change’. So by the nature of origin of the word ‘climate’ is divided into two large groups. The article considers these concepts from the point of view of doctrinal basis and normative and legal sources. To identify sources in the field of climate change terminology, it is necessary to study a wide range of documents belonging to the theories of various scientists and other international legal documents, the study of this issue is devoted to this article.
