Abstract
In this article, the author analyzes in detail the issues of qualification of mass riots. In particular, the author, based on the characteristics of the crowd, the implementation of mass riots and the violation of public order by joint actions of a large number of citizens, studied the features and problems of qualifying incitement to mass riots, calls for violence against citizens, the problems of classifying acts in the form of violations of mass riots, resistance to a representative authority, and the corresponding conclusions are.
