SCIENTIFIC APPROACHES TO THE LIMITS OF THE MINOR ACT IN CRIMINAL LAW

Abstract
This article analyzes the scientific approaches to the limits of minor acts in criminal law. In addition, the article analyzes the opinions of scientists on the issues related to minor acts and their specific features, provided for in Article 36 of the Criminal Code, and gives relevant suggestions and recommendations. In the article, the author puts forward his opinion about the fact that the minor act can be applied to socially dangerous minor or less serious crimes, and in some cases to serious crimes.
