ISSUES OF FINANCIAL AND LEGAL REGULATION OF STATE REVENUES IN MODERN CONDITIONS

Аннотация
The article presents an analysis of the current state of financial and legal regulation of state revenues in the Republic of Uzbekistan. The essential characteristics of state revenues and the criteria for their classification are considered. The tasks of legal regulation of state revenues and ways of their practical implementation aimed at providing the necessary financial resources for the functions of the state for the socio-economic development of the country, strengthening defense capability and national security are studied. The mechanisms for the practical implementation of the tasks of legal regulation of centralized state revenues are determined by the constant improvement of forms and methods of mobilizing centralized revenues, linking various parts of the State budget revenue system, as well as increasing the responsibility of state bodies and payers involved in the formation of these revenues.
