Аннотация
This article examines the opinions of legal scholars regarding social protection, forms of social security, analyzes the types and forms of social security, and highlights the organizational and legal forms of social protection for employees of internal affairs agencies, the essence of manifestations of social guarantees. At the same time, the opinions of scientists on the issue of dividing the types of social protection and social security into principles are presented, as well as an analysis of the results of the introduction of new types of social guarantees for the social protection of employees of internal affairs bodies as a result of the reforms of recent years.
