SUBJECTIVE SIGNS OF THE CRIME OF ABORTION IN CRIMINAL BEHAVIOR

This article reveals the subject of a criminal offense related to abortion and the features of the subjective characteristics of this crime. In particular, it is justified that the subject of this crime has both general characteristics and characteristics of a special subject. Also based on scientific and comparative analysis, the opinions of legal scholars that the crime of criminal abortion is a special subject of the crime were studied. In addition, statistics on the crime of criminal abortion in our country and on the example of some countries of the world are presented and analyzed, and the prevalence of this crime in our country over the years has been studied. Based on the opinions of legal scholars, the subjective side of this crime is comprehensively analyzed, substantiated proposals and conclusions regarding this crime are given.
