CRIMINAL-LEGAL CHARACTERISTICS OF MASS RIOTS IN THE REPUBLIC OF UZBEKISTAN

In this article, based on the study of the norms of the legislation of some foreign countries (the Russian Federation, the Republic of Belarus) and national legislation, the features of the criminal law characteristics of mass riots as a crime are analyzed, a legal analysis of Article 244 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan is carried out, a retrospective analysis of this norm is carried out, the opinions of scientists who have studied this topic are studied, and the corresponding conclusions are made that national legislation has provided for the most optimal version of the norm, providing for responsibility for mass riots and recommendations for improving the norms of criminal law.
