In this scientific article, preparing or bringing into the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan for the purpose of distributing, advertising, displaying a product that promotes oppression, violence or cruelty, as well as advertising, displaying, distributing it, including in the mass media, bases of liability for advertising, display, distribution in telecommunication networks or the Internet global information network, the composition of the crime, and the issues of liability established for this act in the criminal laws of some foreign countries are analyzed.
