SCIENTIFIC AND THEORETICAL ASPECTS OF THE OBJECTIVE SIDE OF CRIME IMPROPER PERFORMANCE OF YOUR PROFESSIONAL DUTIES

Abstract
This article reveals the concept of the crime of improper performance of one’s duties related to the profession, as well as certain aspects of the objective side of the crime. In particular, to determine the criminal legal significance of inaction, he analyzed its characteristics. In addition, five responsibilities are substantiated, according to which a specific form of action arises when the duties related to the profession are not properly performed. Also, based on scientific opinions and comparative analysis of legal scholars, the fact was studied that the crime of improper performance of one’s professional duties is committed through inaction. In addition, using the example of some countries, the statistics of crimes related to the improper performance of one’s duties related to the profession are described. In connection with this profession, substantiated proposals and conclusions are given regarding the objective side of the crime of improper performance of one’s duties.
