THE CONCEPT OF QUALIFYING A CRIME AND ITS CHARACTERISTICS

This article analyzes the concept of crime classification and its specific features. Also, the qualification of crimes in this article is, firstly, to support the policy of the state in the field of criminal law; secondly, it is a necessary condition for the implementation of the principles of the criminal law; thirdly, it is a guarantee of the implementation of justice based on the norms specified in the law; fourthly, it is considered a guarantee of ensuring the legal rights and interests of the guilty party and the victim; fifth, to raise the reputation of the judiciary and help support it; sixth, that it is a true basis for keeping accurate court statistics; Seventhly, opinions were given regarding the fact that the qualification serves as a basis for recognizing the fact that the socially dangerous acts provided for in the criminal law have been committed.
