LEGAL EXPERIMENT: THE EXPERIENCE OF FOREIGN COUNTRIES

This article examines the foreign experience of legal experimentation of normative legal acts, conducts a comparative legal analysis, especially studies the experience of the USA, France and Germany, as well as the need to adopt a separate law that consolidates the legal foundations of the institution of legal experimentation in our national legislation based on this experience. The article, as one of the most advanced experiments in conducting a legal experiment, separately studied the legislation of the French Republic and made reasonable conclusions.
