Аннотация
In this article, the concept, purpose, tasks of the prosecutor's supervision over the observance of the legislation on the execution of court documents and documents of other bodies, its role and importance in ensuring legality, the theory of the prosecutor's supervision institute on the observance of the legislation on the execution of court documents and documents of other bodies theoretical-legal and practical issues related to legal bases and specific features, types, methods and methodology of organization of control activities and the prospects of increasing the effectiveness of control activities over compliance with the legislation of the prosecutor on the execution of court documents and documents of other bodies are described.
