Abstract

The focus then shifts to the International Criminal Court (ICC) statute, analyzing how these acts are codified and their key characteristics are outlined within the ICC framework. Notably, the article highlights the absence of a specific definition for "international crime" in the ICC statute itself. To address this gap, it examines how scholars have defined this concept.
