THE SUBJECT OF THE CRIME OF ENDANGERING AND ITS SPECIFIC CHARACTERISTICS

This article describes the subject of the crime of endangerment and its specific aspects. In particular, it is justified that as the subject of the crime of endangerment, together with the general subject, there should be a legal obligation to care and the ability to provide assistance to certain persons with special characteristics. In addition, the circumstances that are necessary for bringing the subject of the crime to risk are justified. Also, the crime of endangerment has been comparatively analyzed based on the criminal laws of a number of countries, including Belarus, Ukraine, Bulgaria, Switzerland, USA, Japan, Spain, Poland and other countries. Reasonable propositions and conclusions are set forth on the subject of the crime of endangerment.
