This article analyzes the theoretical and legal aspects of physical or mental coercion or intimidation. Also, in the article, definitions of the concepts of physical or mental coercion or intimidation are given by scientists as circumstances that exclude the criminality of the act. In addition, the article also states that the perpetrator of the crime is the person who physically or mentally coerced the subject or threatened (forced) such coercion. The article focuses on the concepts of coercion, physical and mental coercion, intimidation, and analyzes the opinions of scientists in this regard.
