USING THE MODELING METHOD TO ANALYZE THE TERMINOLOGICAL SYSTEM OF CRIMINALISTICS AND FORENSIC ACTIVITIES

Аннотация
The article examines the emergence and formation of the terminology system of criminalistics and forensic expertise. It is proposed to use the modeling method for a deep and comprehensive analysis of the system of terms of these disciplines. It is based on the fact that the use of this method allows to systematically consider the problems of existing terms from a new point of view, and accordingly, new theoretical developments in solving the problems in this field are proposed, in particular, different levels of the special language of these disciplines.
