THINKERS' VIEWS ON PUBLIC SERVICE AND THEIR IMPORTANCE FOR MODERN STATE GOVERNANCE

The article analyzes the history of public administration and service in Central Asia based on the ideas of our ancestors, such as Abu Nasr Forobiy, Ibn Sino, Yusuf Khos Khozib, Alisher Navoi and others. The author emphasizes the importance of their views on fair public administration, ethics and moral principles for modern public administration. The article provides key recommendations for civil servants, including the need for high moral standards, professionalism, fairness and responsibility to society, as well as the need to ensure an innovative approach to management. These principles can serve as a basis for the formation of an effective and sustainable civil service system.
