SCIENTIFIC AND METHODOLOGICAL BASIS FOR DETERMINING THE CIVIL-LEGAL REGIME OF UNCOMPLETED OBJECTS

Аннотация
The article describes the scientific-methodological basis for determining the civil-legal regime of unfinished objects. At the same time, the legal regime of real estate is given to unfinished objects only after state registration, and the existing practice and the opinion of scientists regarding this situation are analyzed. In particular, it is stated that unfinished objects cannot be used until the construction is completed and put into operation for full use in accordance with their purpose and other specific features. According to some scholars, it is stated that unfinished objects are full real estate, therefore, the rules of the lease agreement can be applied to them. It also lists the specific characteristics of unfinished construction objects that significantly differ from other real estate objects. The word "unfinished building object" is defined, and it is emphasized that this description is expressed first of all in Article 84 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan, which defines the regime of real estate.
