UNFINISHED OBJECT: GENESIS NATIONAL LEGISLATION

Аннотация
The article examines importance of determining the legal regime of unfinished objects and including them in the list of real estate objects and will be lit if necessary. At the same time, the role and importance of unfinished objects in the legal regime of foreign countries is highlighted. On the one hand, recognition of these objects as immovable property and determination of their place in legal treatment, on the other hand, various legal problems such as the instability of the physical and legal regime of these objects, recognition as objects of contractual relations, implementation of tax legislation, and application of liability measures are analyzed. These problems indicate the need to include relevant provisions in the legal regime of unfinished objects. The legislation defines the criteria for recognizing unfinished objects as real estate. This, in turn, requires that unfinished objects be in civil circulation and rely on the legal basis as the object of their legal relations.
