Аннотация
This article explores the concept of beneficiary property in civil law and its regulatory prospects, including the clarification of the legal status of beneficiary property, an examination of existing legal foundations in practice, and considerations for improving the regulatory legislation governing these relationships. The issue of property ownership, particularly the legal regulation of beneficiary property and its status, is crucial. Beneficiary property refers to the rights and interests of individuals who are the true owners or possess rights to use the property. The legal regulation of these matters plays a significant role in ensuring economic and social stability. In this context, it is important to establish a reliable and fair legal system where the status and legal regulation of property are clearly defined, and the rights and obligations of property owners are specified. Effective legal regulation involves setting out rules for property use and management and defining relationships between interested parties.
