CERTAIN ASPECTS OF COMBATING THE ILLEGAL CIRCULATION OF STRONG-ACTING OR TOXIC SUBSTANCES

Abstract
In this article, the author examines the opinions of legal scholars regarding the importance of incentive norms in improving the effectiveness of combating illegal trafficking of potent or toxic substances. The criminal legislation of some foreign countries in this area is also analyzed. Furthermore, the article presents scholars' views on the conditions for applying incentive norms to this type of crime. Additionally, the incentive norms in our national criminal legislation are studied and analyzed.
