Social Need for Administrative and Legal Regulation of Ensuring Public Safety

The article scientifically analyzes the social necessity and significance of administrative and legal regulation of the process of ensuring public safety. The theoretical and legal foundations and scientific approaches to the concept of public safety are studied, the opinions of various scientists and definitions contained in the legislation are analyzed. The article also emphasizes the role of public safety in protecting vital interests, ensuring the rights and freedoms of citizens, and protecting against various threats. Also, the concept of administrative and legal regulation is interpreted broadly as a set of legal and organizational measures in the sphere of public administration. The author distinguishes between social needs for ensuring public safety in ordinary situations (everyday life) and in emergency situations.
