LEGAL STATUS OF CIVIL SERVANTS IN DEVELOPED COUNTRIES: SPECIFIC FEATURES AND LEGISLATIVE INSIGHTS

Abstract
The article provides a comprehensive analysis of the legal status of civil servants in developed countries. It explores legislative mechanisms that define the rights, duties, responsibilities, limitations, and social guarantees of civil servants. Using the examples of legislation in the USA, Japan, Germany, the UK, and other nations, the article highlights unique features and common principles of civil servants' legal status. The primary goal is to develop effective legal proposals for enhancing Uzbekistan's civil service system based on the experience of developed countries.
