This article describes the issues of criminal responsibility for crimes of sexually transmitted diseases or spreading HIV/AIDS in foreign countries. In particular, the fact that criminal responsibility for spreading sexually transmitted diseases or HIV/AIDS is not provided for in some foreign countries, including the Republic of Germany, Spain, France, Italy, South Korea, and the fact that liability for life-threatening infection is provided for in In the countries of Georgia, Moldova, PRC, Norway, Switzerland, liability is assumed for the transmission of extremely dangerous infectious (epidemic) diseases, in the countries of Kyrgyzstan, Ukraine, liability is assumed for the transmission of an incurable infectious disease, in the state of Armenia, liability is assumed for the transmission of a sexually transmitted infection, In the countries of Australia and Poland, venereal diseases are considered to be responsible for serious physical injury, serious injury to health, which poses a real threat to the victim's life, and the Criminal Code of Bulgaria provides for responsibility for spreading epidemic pathogens with the aim of infecting people, Singapore has been scientifically proven. The article presents reasonable suggestions and conclusions on the issue of criminal responsibility for crimes related to sexually transmitted diseases or the spread of HIV/AIDS in foreign countries.
