Abstract

It is known that the phenomenon of corruption has a long history. Over the past century, this phenomenon has become a topic of scientific research in various fields of law, political science and intercultural communication. However, the conditions and conditions for the emergence of concepts and relationships leading to the emergence and spread of bribery, and the anti-corruption actions formed on this basis in society, have not been studied from a scientific point of view. This article analyzes theoretical views on the concepts of “bribe” and “bribery” in Islam.
