REFORMS IN THE FIELD OF PROVISION OF JUSTICE IN NEW UZBEKISTAN AND THEIR RESULTS

The article discusses the provision of justice in New Uzbekistan based on the reforms aimed at ensuring the independence of the judiciary in the country, improving the conduct of judicial proceedings, strengthening guarantees for the protection of the rights, freedoms and legitimate interests of citizens and business entities by the courts in recent years, and the analysis of legislative documents adopted in the field. The results of these reforms are described, and the role of the Updated Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan in ensuring justice is also revealed.
