CLASSIFICATION OF CITIZEN PARTICIPATION IN THE NORM MAKING PROCESS

Abstract
The article classifies the main forms of citizen participation in the process of norm-making based on several criteria. In particular, according to the forms of participation; according to the subjects, the forms of citizen participation in the process of norm-making are discussed, divided into types. As a result of the discussion using the classification method, citizen participation in the process of norm-making manifests its various aspects. This is of great importance in developing the theoretical and legal foundations of the issue of involving citizens in the process of preparing and adopting draft normative legal acts.
