Abstract

The article analyzes and highlights the issues of waqf and inheritance in relation to the principles of Islamic law, as well as the stages of development of the right to dispose of inherited property in fiqh and fatwas. Analysis of historical documents was carried out on how waqf possessions were created by high-ranking, influential and wealthy people. These included the khan and his family members, large landowners, emirs, Islamic leaders and merchants.
