ANALYSIS OF PROBLEMS RELATED TO THE APPOINTMENT AND CONDUCT OF ECONOMIC EXPERTISE

Аннотация
The article comprehensively analyzes the problems associated with the appointment and conduct of economic expertise. The study examines such pressing issues as the lack of a unified classification of economic expertise, subjectivity in appointing expertise, insufficient expert experience, incomplete provision of necessary documents, underdeveloped methodologies, expert independence, timing, and quality of conclusions. The issues of evaluating expert opinions, using modern technologies, storing expertise objects, and applying international experience are also analyzed. The research puts forward proposals for improving the expertise process, enhancing expert qualifications, and implementing modern technologies. The solutions to problems proposed in the article serve to improve the quality and effectiveness of economic expertise, and overall - to increase the effectiveness of combating economic crimes. The research results are of significant importance for improving judicial and investigative practice.
