Аннотация

This article is dedicated to an examination of the impact of the diverse religious traditions that have shaped the history of the creation and translation of «Kalila and Dimna» on the formation of its ideological content and artistic features. The author examines the manner in which religious beliefs, myths and symbolism characteristic of Indian, Iranian, Arabic and other cultures have been incorporated into the narrative structure and imagery of this collection of fables.
