Throughout human history, national and ethnic conflicts have emerged as some of the most perilous forms of political conflict. These conflicts have severely damaged the territorial integrity of nations, leading to fragmentation and enduring disputes among national and ethnic groups at various levels. Effective use of political communication and its functions in polyethnic countries, aimed at promoting certain ideas, changing their views by having an emotional impact on citizens, creating an atmosphere of dialogue between different political forces, contributes not only to the political stability of states, but also their socio-political development will also be guaranteed. For Uzbekistan, a multi-ethnic country, effectively harnessing the functions of political communication is essential for maintaining national security, territorial integrity, and ensuring socio-political stability among its citizens.
