PROCEDURAL FORMS OF USING SPECIAL ECONOMIC KNOWLEDGE

Аннотация
The article analyzes the procedural forms of using special economic knowledge in criminal proceedings. The study examines in detail the main procedural forms of using special economic knowledge, including forensic economic examination, specialist participation, auditing, and documentary inspections. The author reveals the features of each procedural form of using special economic knowledge, their advantages and disadvantages. The research results show that among the procedural forms of using special economic knowledge, forensic economic examination is of particular importance, as its conclusion is recognized as independent evidence. The article also develops scientifically based proposals and recommendations for improving the procedural forms of using special economic knowledge. As a result of the research, the author substantiated the need to improve legislation, introduce new types of examinations, and enhance the status of specialist opinions to increase the effectiveness of applying special economic knowledge.
