ISSUES OF WIDESPREAD INTRODUCTION OF INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGIES BY LAWYERS IN CRIMINAL PROCEEDINGS

Abstract
This article examines the issues of strengthening the role and significance of the Bar in the implementation of judicial and legal reforms in the country in recent years, an analysis of decrees and laws related to the institution of the Bar and this sphere, as well as issues of radically increasing the potential of the Bar, further developing the system of providing qualified legal assistance, further expanding the activities of lawyers in providing legal services, radically improving the social protection and material support of lawyers and their incentives, the procedure for lawyers to comply with the rules of professional ethics, the provision of qualified legal assistance, the participation of a lawyer in criminal cases, the organization of the proper functioning of the principle of adversarial proceedings at all stages of the trial, the issues of the defense counsel in collecting evidence, proving, the procedure for organizing forensic examinations under a contract and involving specialists with the necessary knowledge, the experience of some foreign countries in the use of special technical means with the consent of persons possessing information on a criminal case during their interrogation, as well as proposals and recommendations for the widespread introduction ofinformation and communication technologies by lawyers.
