Аннотация
This article offers a scientific analysis of issues related to enhancing accountability for the illegal processing and dissemination of personal data through artificial intelligence (AI). It highlights the distinctive significance of the topic in the modern information society for safeguarding individual rights and preventing the unlawful use of AI technologies. Furthermore, proposals and recommendations are developed to strengthen the legal framework by aligning national legislation with international standards, ensuring transparency, and promoting accountability. These measures address the rapid development of AI and the prevention of threats to privacy posed by its users.
