This article analyzes the legal basis for the use of information systems in the activities of theprosecutor's office and their role in preventing juvenile delinquency. It explores the potential forincreasing the effectiveness of preventive measures through the implementation of information andcommunication technologies. The paper also provides recommendations for improving currentlegislation. This scientific analysis emphasizes the importance of digitalizing the activities of theprosecutor's office and implementing modern information systems into practice.
