Atypical labor relations are relationships associated with the diversity of economic realities anddistinguished by the novelty and uniqueness of the content and organization of work. Entering intosuch labor relations is driven by the rapid evolution of technology and new management systems inresponse to the growing demands of competition. This article explores the increasingly widespreadconcept of atypical labor and its distinctive classification and types in today's world. Additionally,the article analyzes the role and significance of non-standard forms of employment in our social life.
