Abstract
This article describes the theoretical aspects of violence against women in the family. The article alsocovers the criminological characteristics, causes, conditions, nature, social nature, and signs ofviolence against women. The article also examines how violence against women in the familymanifests in signs such as illegal use of force against a person, beatings, rape, coercion, influence,and dominance.
