Abstract
The issue of concluding a contract is a complex process. At the same time, the interests of the twoparties collide in the process and in many cases end in disputes. A party to the dispute will definitelyapply to the arbitration court so that it can fulfill its rights and obligations. This article examinescopyright agreements in the media, their meaning, characteristics and history. It tells in detail what acopyright agreement is, how to draw it up correctly, what a copyright agreement includes, what typesof copyright agreements exist.
